Anna grew up in St. Martin, just north of Ocean Springs, and graduated from St. Martin High School, so she's a Coastian through and through.
She went to Ole Miss and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies: Social and Cultural Identity. If you ask her what it means, she'll say she studied people, here and abroad. |

During college Anna was a part of the Wesley Foundation at Ole Miss and grew in her passion to serve God through discipleship, teaching, hospitality, arts, serving people, etc. To pursue her calling as a Christian and minister she interned as a full-time staff. member at the Wesley Foundation and then decided to get an Master of Divinity at Asbury Seminary.
Anna headed even further north away from home in 2005 and has lived in Wilmore, KY, home of Asbury Theological Seminary as well as Asbury College, until now.

Anna is a collector of hobbies, especially ones in the arts, so she spends time painting, sculpting, playing guitar and piano and singing, sewing, knitting, cooking, baking.
She also likes sports and exercise and runs, walks, and plays volleyball, soccer, and softball (a little), and on rainy days you can find her drinking tea or coffee, cozying up with a new book, and perhaps even learning a new language.
Her parents still live in Ocean Springs and her grandparents live in Pascagoula. She is excited to live on the Coast again and have fresh shrimp or fish whenever she wants! |
